The breakfast is ready at following times:
Monday – Friday: 06.30 - 09.30 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 07.30 - 10.30 a.m.

Departure
Check-out: 11.00 a.m.
You've paid when making the booking or at the check-in. For the check-out please throw your room card in the box provided before departure.

Electricity
The power sockets are equipped with 230 volts.
The power sockets besides working desk are eqquiped with permanent current.

Fire / fire protection
Our house is built according to the rules of fire safety regulations and equipped with a new fully automatic fire alarm system. Fire extinguisher you will find on every floor at the entry of corridor on the right side. If any attempts are made to put the fire detectors out of operation, the penalty fee and follow-up costs will be offset to this guest.

In every room floor you will find alarm buttons which is connected with the security service. If you press this alarm button within only a few minutes someone will be with you and help you.

Honesty bar
At the Honesty bar, you can help yourself to drinks and non-food items. The Honesty bar is located in the breakfast room.
The money for the withdrawn products, we ask you to throw in the "b_smart cash box".

Parking places
A parking place free of charge it's availible to you at the back of the house.

„Please do not disturb!“
Our good fairys start their work at 8.00 a.m. Hang the intended sign at the room door, if you don’t want to be disturbed respectively your room not be cleaned yet.

Room card
If you have lost your room card or you need a replacement card, you could receive another room card at the check-in terminal. However, you also need your reservation number.

Or log in via the voice terminal „24h Hotline“ at the main entrance.

Safe / Laptop-Safe
Your own room safe is avaliable for your valuables. The safe you will find in the wardrobe.
Safe programming
1. Close the door and enter your desired code (4 to 6 digits). The display shows the code entered.
2. Press the „ENTER“ key. The safe gets automatically locked and the display shows the message „CLOSE“.

If proper closing ist not possible the display will show „ERROR“.
Then you have to enter the desired code again.

Open safe
1. Enter your code and press the „ENTER“ key. During the opening process, „OPEN“ appears in the display.
2. Press „ENTER“ again. The door opens automatically.

Close the safe
If you want to lock the safe again with the selected code, you only have to press the „ENTER“ key when the door is closed.

Wellness
In the basement there is a sauna with relaxation room in the old vaulted cellar. The wellness area is only accessible via a staircase.

5.00 – 10.00 p.m.

Would you like to use the sauna?
Call us (Tel. +423 237 46 46), then we like to switch on the sauna earlier. It takes about 1 hour to warm up.

In your wardrobe you will find your bathrobe.
